Contracting
For each identified Client, the Promoter verifies the fulfilment of the Eligibility Criteria of the Romanian Energy Efficiency Fund and if they are met, the Promoter submits for approval to REEF a Client File that shall contain all the necessary and sufficient data included in the following documents:
In case of approval of the Client File, the Romanian Energy Efficiency Fund signs the Service Contract with the Promoter, together with the submission of the Representation Letter issued by the Client for the Promoter (Annex B to the Service Contract).
Contract execution
The Client submits to the Romanian Energy Efficiency Fund Form no. 1 from the address, assumed by stamp and signature by the Client’s legal representative.
In case of acceptance notification of Form no. 1, the Client receives from the Romanian Energy Efficiency Fund the request to complete Form no. 2a or Form no. 2b.
At the Client’s request, the Promoter can assist it in completing Forms no. 1 and no. 2 and related documentation. For the consulting services provided for the Client, the Promoter shall not request the payment of the equivalent value.

The Promoter assists upon request the Romanian Energy Efficiency Fund and the Client until the approval of the funding application and the signing of the Loan Agreement, or, as the case may be, until the rejection of the funding application.
In case of signing the Loan Agreement between the Romanian Energy Efficiency Fund (as financier) and the Client (as beneficiary of the loan), the Romanian Energy Efficiency Fund shall honour the payment obligations to the Promoter under the conditions and terms provided in the Service Contract.
